My First Post

"Hello World"....

That's what we programmer types are taught in our earliest programming classes. How to build a program that says, "Hello World". So here we are starting over yet again learning something new. Who'd've thunk?

Today's random thoughts:

Kelly and I are celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary today. WOW! 14 years. Very cool, very fun, very blessed.

Robert is home for a few days from Camp Bradley. He said the high school campers were better than he expected. Nicole is overjoyed to have him home (of course).

We're looking forward to Jason and Krissy's wedding coming up in just a few weeks. Very exciting stuff.

The recent worship conference is still ringing in my ears. Matt Redman was exceptional, both the concert and the teaching. Way to go Matt! You hit the nail on the head when you spoke of helping people get a bigger picture of who God really is. Too many of us have tried to shrink Him down into something "manageable" and "understandable", which, of course, He is neither.

I have to find more time to practice my guitar and go for walks with Kelly and the dogs.

In the midst of all this, my current contract is coming to an end and I'm interviewing at several companies for a permanent position.

Well, that should be good enough for a first posting, eh?

Blessings to you as you seek Him in all you do.
